Introduction

These Betting Rules apply to all wagers placed on our sportsbook platform at winna-bet.com. By placing a bet, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to follow these rules whenever you use our services. The rules cover these main areas:

  • General provisions
  • Sport-specific guidelines
  • Esports guidelines
  • Virtual sports guidelines
  • Additional esports-related provisions

Your use of the sportsbook is always governed by the relevant laws in your jurisdiction, as well as any regulations from the authorities overseeing our operations.

We reserve the right to modify the website, betting limits, payout caps, or available options at any time without advance notice.

These rules can be updated or changed whenever necessary, without prior notification.

References to singular or plural terms, or gender-specific language, are used flexibly and only for clarity.

Our goal is to ensure all bets are handled fairly, transparently, and in line with these terms.

General Provisions

Customers must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction to use our sportsbook, create an account, or place bets.

If there’s any conflict between the English version of these rules and translations in other languages, the English version takes priority.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We’re not responsible for lost or duplicated bets, and we won’t adjust confirmed wagers for such issues.

You can review your betting history in the “My Bets” section to verify all placed wagers.

Any statistics or commentary shown on our platform are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We don’t guarantee their accuracy, and you shouldn’t rely on them for betting decisions. It’s always your responsibility to stay informed about the event.

Automated betting tools (like bots or scanners) are strictly prohibited. Any bets placed using such methods may be cancelled.

Using multiple accounts or third-party accounts to access our services is not allowed. Bets violating this will be voided.

Available events and markets may vary by region due to local legal requirements.

We rely on trusted, official sources to determine results. If needed, we can share the source upon request.

Rule hierarchy: Market-specific rules override sport-specific rules, which override general rules. If no specific rules exist, general rules apply.

An “X” in any market or odds description represents a variable number from our current offerings.

Placing Bets

All bets are subject to these rules and applicable laws.

A bet is only valid once it’s explicitly confirmed in your bet slip.

We reserve the full right to accept or decline any wager.

Exploiting software errors is prohibited and may lead to account actions.
